  1. Great finger food. The only thing I did differently was to bake the wonton wrappers for about 5 minutes before putting in the filling/cheese-- then baked 5-8 minutes more.(at 350 degrees because there was something else in the oven) This helps the bottom of the taco bite not get soggy. Thanks!

  2. No wonder these have so many good reviews... so yummy! I used ground turkey instead of beef. They were so DELICIOUS. The wonton wrappers are the perfect things to hold everything all together. I used square wonton wrappers like the picture displays, but I think next time I will try the circle wonton wrappers because I feel like they'll fit a little bit better in the mini muffin tins. It got the most compliments out of all of the food I served at a party last night. I will definitely be keeping this recipe handy. Very easy to make and kind of fun to eat.

  4. Similar concept to a recipe I have posted, but mine is chicken fajita and instead of wontons I just use tostito scoops....try it! Scoops ( a bagged chip ) makes it real easy.

  3. I made these for a SuperBowl party and they were a big hit. I used Yves veggie ground round instead of the hamburger to vegetarian-ize the recipe. I also followed other reviewers tips and pre-baked the wonton wrappers (brushed with oil) for 2-3 minutes for an extra crispy shell. Thanks for posting -I will be making these again.

  4. A huge hit for the game, everyone loved them and they were easy and delicious. I forgot to buy salsa so I used taco sauce instead. I also used a regular sized muffin tin but I think I will buy a mini tin just for these.....
