@Ask_Spectrum hi, I have been getting error IFE-1004 on the tv app for the last 2 days. Nothing is wrong with my internet and the app was fine until then. Have tried reinstalling, reboots etc and the app wont work on any iphone, ipad etc. Any help/info would be great.

Okay I hate to be overly inclusive but I just don’t see enough people replying to say: 1). Blindness is a spectrum. Not everyone who uses a cane to help guide them is fully blind and, even if they were; 2). Blind people can still use smart phones, and text, and use emoji

@Ask_Spectrum did y'all remove the outage map? With the frequency of outages y'all have (2 or 3) a week you'd think you'd tell customers more than "were working on it" Its extremely frustrating getting home after work to not have internet about 50% of the time. Get it together
