You just reiterated that you were not able to help me. Why would further upset and disappoint? If you're using a script, it should definitely be rewritten.

@venus_sachi @TMobile has really been pushing the sim swaps hard. Even threatening to cut off service. The sim swap will modify your plan to T-Mobile billing system. Make sure you are happy with the new plan before changing. #KeepYourPlan if you like it.

@TMobileHelp Have APN set up, have plenty of mobile data, can disable wifi; but still, MMS (pix) sent to my computer do not arrive. Nor do the ones sent to friend with iPhone (though brother with iPhone does get them). Have troubleSHOT to hell and back, no fix. Problem is NEW

@TMobileHelp @TMobileCFO The customer service rep that reached out attempting damage control had no ability to help me whatsoever. I'm 42 days past due I've given T-Mobile over $1,000 in the past 2 months. They won't even give me an extra week to pay a couple hundred dollars - GREED.

@TMobileHelp I've called several times to cancel a digits line charge that i didn't approve of and so far nothing has been done. How many times do I have to call to get help? $10/month may not seem like a lot to you but that's a lot for my family!

@TMobileHelp I was offer one month trial on wireless and internet gateway. The equipment was returned within two weeks due to crappy reception. I never tried wireless. Received a bill of $491 and called CS and was promised refund. Never happened!!!

After 7 years of having no service when I visit my hometown, I finally switched over from @TMobile to @ATT! Significantly less anxiety about being home—best decision I’ve made in a while.
