@VZWSupport 2. Customer service (and the supervisor) insist that I made this change on my own, but I did not. There’s is no logical reason for me to have done this. We just recently added a new phone & mobile hotspot to the plan. EVERYTHING is supposed to be on unlimited plans.

@VZWSupport You guys don't help. You can go through my DMs from 9/9 and see that you had no solution other than call the fraud department. I called, nothing they could do. I'll get the same runaround again. I'm missing a $1,000 phone. What's so hard about comprehending that? I don't know.

@VZWSupport 3. I’ve been receiving data text warnings on my hotspot because after 15gb you throttle the speed back (didn’t realize this or never would have bought it). After receiving SO many of those, I started ignoring them. But I didn’t realize I was also ignoring overage on the 818 #.
